SUPing (Stand-up Paddle Boarding)

Stand-up Paddling is one of our favourite current activities. Thanks to our gorgeous friend, Jade, of Adventure Personal Training, we were able to understand the benefits of SUPing for our physical body. It is incredible for core strength, which then encourages better stability and support for your back, and also offers improvements in your cardio fitness! There is also now Yoga for SUP classes! 

The best part about it, you don’t have to get wet! On a cooler day, it’s still such a fun activity. You’re above the water, you can watch the sea-life below drift past and do their thang.

Jade is based on the Mornington Peninsula and incorporates all sorts of fun training activities in her PT business, including SUPing!
